Neville Pan is an Executive Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He is recognised for his technical excellence, strong stakeholder relationship management, and ability to support successful project outcomes across diverse sectors.
Neville is skilled in controlling costs across all project phases through detailed financial analysis and close collaboration with project stakeholders. He also guides junior quantity surveyors and contributes to MBM’s work across the health, civic, justice and correctional, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
His expertise includes cost planning, cost reporting and cashflow, post-contract administration, and stakeholder engagement. Key projects include the Albury Wodonga Regional Hospital Project, St George Hospital Stage 3 Wyong Hospital Redevelopment and NSW Ambulance Rural Reconfiguration.
Neville holds a Bachelor of Computational Design from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and is a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
