Richard Wang is a respected Executive Quantity Surveyor at MBM, with over 8 years of experience in the construction industry. He is well versed in both traditional and contemporary quantity surveying practices and delivers value-driven cost management, life cycle costing, and pre and post contract advice services.

Richard brings deep sector knowledge to MBM’s education, justice, civic, residential, and commercial fit-out projects. He draws on his experience to create innovative, cost-effective solutions for clients.

Richard’s major projects include the upgrades to Carlingford West Public School and Cumberland High School as part of the Cumberland Cluster, Fire & Rescue NSW projects, Rural Emergency Services Precincts, Parliament of NSW upgrades, AusPost, The Lakes Clubhouse and the Sydney Tower Eye.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from University College London.
