Stephanie?’s key technical capabilities incorporate all areas of quantity surveying, including cost planning, estimating, Bill of Quantities (BQ), and post-contract administration. Additionally, she has expanded her core knowledge to the field of asset management consulting. She provides transaction support for acquisitions and disposals and advises on effective processes and systems for property data utilisation. Stephanie graduated with a degree in Construction Management and Property from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Construction Management and Property Society (MCAPS).
