With over 9 years of experience across pre and post-contract construction, Vincent Yong is a dependable Executive Quantity Surveyor, known for his precision and reliability he brings to every stage of a project’s lifecycle. His project experience covers extensively in workplace fitouts but also in residential and health projects, underpinned by strong technical proficiency in cost management, progress claim assessments, and variation assessments. Vincent’s keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence are reflected in his ability to consistently deliver successful project outcomes.  

Project highlights include managing the national portfolio of Allianz workplace fit-outs in places such as Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart, Darwin and Canberra. Other clients in the workplace sector include Google, Endeavour Energy, Allens and Gadens. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
