James is a versatile Director spearheading major construction projects throughout the public and private sectors in New South Wales.
With 22 years of global experience, James’ broad expertise and hands-on approach distinguishes him as a client-focused cost manager. He studied in Limerick, Ireland, and graduated with an Honours Degree in Construction Management and Economics (Quantity Surveying). Upon completion, he managed large-scale projects in leisure, education, health, and residential sectors. James emigrated to Australia in 2008 and established a career with MBM that has created noteworthy industry outcomes for more than 14 years.
Throughout his tenure with MBM, James has delivered a breadth of significant social infrastructure projects and established himself as a leading health, research, and corrections sector expert. James and his team adeptly optimise project budgets without compromising on the quality of deliverables. James became a Director of MBM in 2021 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI).
