Selma ensures the achievement of complex project requirements with a focus on school and health infrastructure developments.
As a dedicated cost manager with more than 20 years of experience, Selma completed her Bachelor of Building in Construction Economics (Honours) while simultaneously contributing to successful cross-sector project outcomes. Selma’s reputation in the quantity surveying industry is a result of her leadership on an abundance of major School and Health Infrastructure (SINSW/HINSW) projects.
She played an elemental role in the growth of MBM through her extensive engagement in construction design, solutions generation, risk mitigation, and project teams across phases. Selma mitigates project risks by considering deliverables from all dimensions, analysing contract documentation with a client value focus, and anticipating development challenges. Selma has led project teams to deliver high-profile developments for major clients including School Infrastructure NSW, Health Infrastructure NSW, ANZ, JP Morgan, Accor, and Star City.
