A Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) and Registered Tax Agent, Luke’s far-reaching guidance in the commercial office, retail, aged care, and hospitality sectors has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout a broad portfolio of completed projects. As the national head of MBM?’s Tax and Asset division, Luke expertly guides an Australia-wide team through his specialisations in quantity surveying, tax, depreciation and asset management.

He provides comprehensive services across project phases ranging from inception to completion and beyond through asset management. Luke’s proficiencies extend across a diversity of services including cost estimation, bills of quantities, contract administration, and asset management services such as tax depreciation scheduling, asset valuations, capital expenditure forecasting, replacement cost assessments, and sinking funds. His professional focus is currently on providing guidance to investors for the maximisation of project profitability through asset management practices. Luke is an influential leader and makes significant contributions to the development of the Queensland quantity surveying industry. Beyond his role as a leader at MBM, Luke holds a notable position as a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) and is currently a Chapter Councillor on the AIQS Committee (QLD Chapter).
