Following the completion of his Bachelors in Construction Economics and Quantity Surveying, Stoyan has built a prominent career through his work on infrastructure, health, education, aged-care, arts & culture, and residential sector developments. With a deep understanding of commercial procurement methods, practices, and capabilities, Stoyan’s expertise drives client value through tailored cost management services. His proficiencies empower him to adeptly navigate disparate project budgets and ensure optimal cost-effectiveness. Leading a team of versed quantity surveyors, Stoyan’s professional focus is embedded in the growth and advancement of the private health and aged care sectors.

With a wealth of leadership experience and technical acumen from diverse projects, Stoyan plays a key role in driving client value from the outset and cultivates high-quality commercial relationships through stakeholder advocacy.
