She supports client success through the delivery of cost planning and evaluation, tender reviews, value engineering, and cost model reviews. Charlotte led major developments for Catholic Education and the Victorian School Building Authority throughout Victoria that included kindergartens, primary, and high schools. In addition, she managed Terry White Chemmart?’s national portfolio, including stakeholder relations, and oversaw the delivery of 50 projects per year. Her experience also includes strategic cost management on key projects for Qantas, McDonald?’s, and Ampol. Charlotte graduated with a Master of Construction Management from the University of Melbourne.
