MBM’s Victorian quantity surveying team is proud to support the Bulleen Park Sporting Facilities Upgrade, a major community and recreational project forming part of the North-East Link investment in Melbourne’s north-east.
The project is being delivered by Development Victoria and head contractor, Built Environs.
Built Environs will work alongside architectural firm, Williams Ross to complete the final design. Manningham Council will continue to manage club usage.
The redevelopment includes two new replacement pavilions, three realigned and updated sports ovals, upgraded sports lighting, cricket nets, and fencing, new tree and vegetation planting, upgraded playground equipment and park amenities, and reconfigured car parking. Once complete, the project will provide state-of-the-art facilities for local sports clubs, schools, and the wider community of the City of Manningham.
MBM will provide quantity surveying services during the tender evaluation and ongoing construction phases, including progress claim recommendations and variation assessments.
The project team is led by Director Lee Williams and supported by Associate Arnea Vargas. The team’s focus lies on diligent cost management and value-driven advice throughout construction to deliver the best outcomes for both the client and local community.
“Bulleen Park is a fantastic example of investment in local community infrastructure. Our team is proud to contribute to a project that will enhance recreational participation, accessibility, and the overall sporting experience for people in Melbourne’s north-east,” said Lee Williams, Director at MBM.
Bulleen Park’s revitalisation will see completion in 2027, and MBM is pleased to play a role in delivering a project that strengthens the community’s amenities and long-term recreational opportunities.
