Kléo Mosman will offer exclusive, one-of-a-kind urban apartments. The complex preserves the timeless charm of the suburb’s heritage style with homes that create a strong sense of urban community within the Lower North Shore. The complex includes 15 apartments across four levels and features state-of-the-art design, expansive living areas, elevated ceilings, and travertine kitchen islands – all polished to perfection. The interiors uniquely combine contemporary and traditional elements that blend sleek spaces with art deco fixtures and a Victorian-style facade.
MBM partnered with WINIM on the project to deliver cost expertise for a luxurious living experience within the development budget. MBM’s services span bills and schedules of quantities, a pre-tender estimate, tender review, progress claim and variation assessments, and bank reports.
Led by MBM Director Autumn Lu with support from Quantity Surveyor Michael Crombie, the team’s residential expertise is propelling WINIM’s concept for Kleo Mosman. Kléo Mosman has recently commenced construction following MBM’s evaluation of the lump sum offer from ECI contractor Decode Group, with project completion forecasted for July 2026.
