Lewis joined MBM’s Sydney team following his relocation to Australia in 2019. He supports Director Alan Stewart to lead the delivery of MBM’s Building Consultancy services on a national scale. Lewis is a trusted expert to public sector clients across the country and excels the team’s outcomes to support high-quality built asset management in property and construction. Lewis holds technical proficiencies across the breadth of building consultancy services including building surveying, technical due diligence, project management, contract administration, life cycle analysis, and forecasting, in addition to expert witness. His extensive experience with government stakeholders across multiple asset compliance contracts makes him a highly sought-after specialist within MBM. Throughout his career, Lewis has also contributed to the management of local government housing stock, disrepair court cases (including acting as a witness and compiling surveys to be used as evidence), technical defect surveys, party wall surveys, and dilapidation surveys. Lewis graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism from Falmouth University, and a Post-Graduate Diploma of Building Surveying from the University of the West of England. Lewis and the Building Consultancy team were awarded RICS Australia Building Consultancy Team of the Year 2025.
