Paul is an inspirational and supportive leader as well as a former Membership Chairman for the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).
Paul established a successful career as a quantity surveyor in the UK after graduating with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Reading. His proficiencies supported clients in both the public and private sectors through a principal focus on construction cost management. During his 40-year career, Paul has provided his expertise on the effective cost management of milestone NSW state government infrastructure expansion projects. Paul’s work has been concentrated chiefly in the corrections sector, alongside the general justice, education, and health sectors. Paul has also contributed to improvement in the industry’s professional standards as an advocate of ethical practices. He places a high importance on maintaining personal client relationships and the delivery of reliable cost information that can be depended on with confidence. Paul has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 1985 and a Fellow of the AIQS for more than 20 years. His professional specialisations span a diversity of sectors with a focus on justice.
