David is an agile Director who drives value management in large-scale projects.
Prior to his tertiary studies, David began his career with MBM in 2004 as part of our annual cadetship program. The professional steppingstone inspired a successful vocation in quantity surveying, and he graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of New South Wales in 2006. Testifying to his dutiful approach, David has led as the Head Quantity Surveyor on projects valued at over $1B. His expertise has enabled an extensive collection of successful public-private partnerships (PPP), high-end luxury residential apartments, commercial, and health infrastructure developments.
David has guided the execution of countless hotel, club, bar, retail, and entertainment projects through his specialisation in hospitality. David is an associate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) and a member for the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). He applies his breadth of expertise to complex developments across project lifecycles and for the effective advancement of junior professionals?’ capabilities.
