2018 FM Industry Awards

MBM is honored to be a finalist in the Excellence in FM category

MBM were engaged to develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management model and procurement strategy and have completed a contract tendering and procurement process for the provision of building services maintenance for the UNSW portfolio of facilities. As part of this process, MBM have developed the relevant commercial and service delivery model, technical contract documentation including the scope of services, performance management framework and tender evaluation plan and facilitated the go-to-market procurement transactions. MBM also delivered the change and transition management processes including all relevant stakeholder communications, training and operational readiness. For this work, MBM and UNSW were shortlisted as a finalist for the Facilities Management Association of Australia Awards for Excellence in FM – Education for 2018.

The awards recognise leadership and innovation in the management, operation and maintenance of Australia’s built environment. The number and level of the submissions was the highest to date and resulted in strong competition across all categories.
