PWI Golf Day 2019

We proudly sponsor the 2019 PWI Golf Day

As in previous years MBM sponsored and participated in PWI’s Annual Golf Day which was held at Bankstown Golf Club on Friday 15th March 2019. Some 20 sponsors and 100+ players supported the day which again this year was very successful, particularly as the weather gods were very good to us on the day – no rain, some cloud and not too hot and humid.

The 6am arrival time and 7am shotgun start was compensated by the bacon and egg rolls for breakfast and the manicured fairways that drift through groves of eucalypts and native bushland on the par-71 6068m championship course.

Mike O’Shea is on the golf day committee and MBM sponsored the 15th hole and fielded a team of three players; Paul Janes, Justin Noakes and a guest Mike Skeggs.

Although the MBM team of 3 players did not bring Bankstown to its knees, a great day was had by all. Paul Janes had the honour of presenting the MBM sponsorship prizes for A & B Grade nearest the pin on the MBM sponsored hole.
