Appointment of new Directors

MBM is delighted to announce the appointment of Stephen Flynn, Lee Williams, James Larkin, and Justin Noakes as Directors.

Stephen has 13 years’ experience in providing quantity surveying services in both Australia and in Ireland. Stephen is experienced in all aspects of pre- and post-contract construction including master planning, cost planning, Bill of Quantities, pre- tender estimates and post contract administration.

Lee has over 25 years’ quantity surveying experience in both the UK and Australian construction industry and has been responsible for several major governments funded and social infrastructure projects. Lee specialises in the health and research sector, together with considerable experience in the residential, education, leisure, commercial and urban regeneration fields. Lee manages MBM’s, Victoria office.

James has over 15 years’ experience in the Australian and Irish construction industries and is experienced in all aspects of pre and post contract construction including master planning, feasibility studies, cost planning, Bill of Quantities, pre-tender estimates, tender analysis & negotiation, cost reporting, final accounts, and general post contract administration. James’ expertise is focused mainly towards the Health, Education, Corrective Services and Residential sectors.

Justin has 25 years of experience as a facilities manager and consultant. Justin manages tendering, and mobilising both traditional FM and PPP opportunities mainly across government and the insurance sectors. Since moving to Australia in 2006, He has advised on hard and soft FM services on several social infrastructure facilities for both public and private sector clients covering health, correctional, education and residential sectors.

This appointment represents the continued growth of MBM as an independent, Australian owned advisors to the Australian property and infrastructure sectors.
