Facilities Management Contracting: Back to the Future

At the recent TEFMA conference, David Pearson gave the opening address. Drawing on MBM’s experience implementing FM arrangements for the Universities of Newcastle, Sydney, Wollongong and UNSW, the presentation put forward MBM’s view of the importance of well designed and well managed buildings and infrastructure to the University sector. It highlighted the trends in the FM industry and the importance of the role of the Asset Custodian in major facilities management enterprises.
